I just wasn't feeling so confident this morning. I texted my sister and said it was a low self-esteem day. Really, I just wasn't happy with my outfit. Since losing about 16lbs nothing fits me right anymore. I need to just go on a shopping spree and redo my wardrobe but that takes money...plus I still have a little more weight to lose.

I digress...I was walking to my car in the rain this morning after a meeting. As I was putting myself down in my head, a man across the street looked at me like he recognized me from somewhere. He was saying something but I couldn't hear him and just assumed...you know, that he was talking to himself. When I got to his side of the street he started walking with me and said, "I was calling you Mrs. Hunt...because that's my last name."

What a GREAT pick-up line right?! I thought so.

He continued talking, giving me compliments and telling me that he wants to go into ministry and needed help traveling to Pennsylvania. He asked if I had any ideas of who could help him and I didn't. Before saying goodbye, he said, "I hope that if I am ever blessed to have a wife, that she is as beautiful as you." I melted. It was just the most perfect thing to hear after the trivial issues I was having that morning. I know that God uses people to send messages. I also believe that there are angels walking among us. I don't know if this guy was sent from God to help me get back on track today, but it's a nice thought :)
